over 22 years sales and marketing experience and
have been licensed to sell Real Estate in the
State of Colorado for over 14 years. I have
owned my own company, Lone Pine Properties, LLC
for over 4 years.
After 35+ years living in Sonoma County, CA, my
husband and I decided to pack up our family and
ship our horses to this wonderful area of
Colorado. We have 20 acres in Black Forest and
keep 4 horses for pleasure and trail riding. I
specialize in residential, rural and horse
properties, whether for the small "backyard"
rider or the larger breeding and showing
facilities. I grew up with horses and showed
extensively in Northern California and Nevada
before starting my family.

I have been married to the same
great guy for 43 years and have 4 children. Three boys
and one girl. My oldest son lives in Colorado
Springs and is a delivery driver for the Coca
Cola Company here in Colorado Springs. The next
oldest son is a safety coordinatar for a commercial construction company in
Colorado Springs. He and his wife are expecting are 2nd
grandchild in august 2010. My daughter graduated in 2003 from the
U.S. Air Force Academy. She was married in August 2005
and was stationed in Dayton. Ohio where she met her
husband. She is now out of the Air Force working partime.
My youngest son finished high school in 2005 and
is working full time in Colorado Springs. He is
also expecting his first child in August.
Needless to say we are excited about being
grandparents.
My husband and I belong to a riding club in Black
Forest. I love the public parks and nearby riding
facilities. We enjoy getting out on the trails and do a
lot of "horse camping" on the weekends now that we are
"empty nesters".
